Lan Ha Bay: ” A Hidden Gem of Vietnam ” Lan Ha Bay is a stunning bay located in the Gulf of Tonkin, just south of the famous Ha Long Bay. Take 10 minutes to Beo harbor where we start the boat trip, and you will get the information for the boat trip
8h30-9h00 am : Our boat starts cruising through the CAI BEO Floating Fishing Village
(One of ten oldest fishing villages in Viet Nam and in the entire world as well), our tour guide will tell you about the lives of fishermen and their families “How do they live on the sea for four generations?” You will never be tired of looking at hundreds of unique and amazing landscapes of limestone islands such as turtle islets, toad islets, candle islets… on the Lan Ha Bay (really fascinating scenery)!
Keep cruising to the kayaking area of Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay (UNESCO World Nature Heritage Site and Biosphere Reserve, Conservation areas) where you will experience kayaking activities through the DARK & BRIGHT to explore the beauty of the nature in hidden lagoons, if you are lucky enough you can see The Cat Ba Golden Headed Langur, which is the world’s most endangered animal on the planet ( a population above 90 individuals)
After kayaking time, we cruise to the most beautiful swimming areas in the middle of Ha Long Bay. Its called Ba Trai Dao(3 beaches where there is a tranquil area where you can swim in half an hour with emeral jade water and jump off from the uper deck of the boat.
12h00-13h00 Have lunch of Vietnamese cuisine, seafood and vegetarian food on the boat.
13h00-14h30 You can take or nap on the deck of the boat and enjoy sunbathing and taking photos while we travel to VIET HAI village.
14h30-15h30 At Viet Hai harbor: We will go cycle across rice fields to Viet Hai village.
Stroll around the village to meet some friendly fishermen and learn about their life and culture there. You can experience the feeling of being massaged by many fish.
16h00-16h30 Have a sunset party with free drinks ( Afternoon TEA)
16h30-17h30 Enjoy sunset – Return to the BEO harbor
Enjoy the magnificent quiet bay in the sunset with some drinks and snacks on the way back to Cat Ba town
