- 7:30 AM – 8:00 AM: Begin your journey with a pick-up from your hotel by our experienced tour guide.
- 8:30 AM – 11:00 AM: Arrive at the National Park gate, pay the entrance fee, and start your exploration trek. Immerse yourself in the rich rainforest as you encounter a variety of wildlife, including agile civets, curious squirrels, playful monkeys, colorful butterflies, and possibly the rare Cat Ba langur, a rare primate listed in the Red Book. Conquer the three mountains known locally as “Ang Vat”, “May Bau” and “Ang Phay”.

11:00 AM: After completing a 2.5-hour trek with a distance of approximately 6 km, reach Frog Lake, the largest freshwater lake located in the middle of the National Forest. From the depths of the lake, the towering “Va Nuoc” trees, a species unique to Frog Lake and found nowhere else on Cat Ba Island, can be seen. Observe the diverse species of fish and crabs living in the lake and take a well-deserved 30-minute rest.

- 11:30 PM – 12:30 PM: Continue trekking from Frog Lake, climbing the final mountain called “Doc Dai” to reach Viet Hai village, a peaceful ancient settlement with approximately 100 households (4 km).
- 12:30 PM: Enjoy a delicious lunch and relax at Viet Hai village. Enjoy a unique foot massage, where small fish gently nibble at your feet as you soak in the cool stream flowing from Cat Ba’s primeval forest.

Cat Ba Trekking Rules
- Trekking, but… help keep Cat Ba cleaner.
- Do not go alone, ensure contact distance.
- Do not go ahead of the guide or behind the last person.
- Do not leave the group; if necessary, notify the group leader for appropriate action.
- At intersections: stand still and wait for the nearest guide’s signal.
- Running and rushing will cause you to become exhausted quickly.
- When going uphill: Bend slightly and shift your center of gravity forward. Take small, slow, and steady steps, avoid resting in the middle of the slope, use even force on both legs to prevent cramps. Maintain steady breathing.
- When taking short breaks: stand still, inhale deeply through your nose and exhale through your mouth, start again as soon as you feel less tired and your heart rate is normal.
- Do not arbitrarily cut down trees, hunt animals or forest products.
- Dispose of trash in the designated places.
- Wear trekking shoes or sports shoes that hug your feet and have good grip. Choose shoes one size larger and trim your toenails to avoid collisions when wearing shoes throughout the climb.

- Cancellation 3 – 4 days before departure: 75% tour price fee.
- Cancellation 0 – 2 days before departure: 100% tour price fee.
- Cancellation during holidays: No refund, no cancellation, no changes, and no cancellation policy applies.
Cancellation by Company or Due to Objective Reasons:
- If Aroma Travel cannot conduct the tour: We will notify customers immediately and fully refund within 3 days.
- In case of tour cancellation due to objective incidents (natural disasters, epidemics…): We will refund or change the departure date according to your request. The tour price may remain the same or change depending on the service price at that time.
